Do I need cleaning experience to become a Crazy Clean franchisee?
No. We provide all the training you need to become a professional cleaner. To support you in building your own successful business, Crazy Clean also offers franchisees various professional development opportunities, including marketing and business seminars.
How long will it take to become a Crazy Clean franchisee?
The process of joining the Crazy Clean family is very smooth, and can be finalised quickly. After a meeting, we provide you with the Crazy Clean Agreement and Disclosure document for the franchise opportunity. Once you review and sign this document, we can get started setting you up as a Crazy Clean franchisee.
How much does it cost to become a Crazy Clean franchisee?
There is an initial deposit of $5,000 prior to the completion of the franchise agreement. Once the agreement is signed and complete, you make a final payment of $15,000 to complete the franchise agreement. The ongoing fee for a Crazy Clean franchise is $500 per month, with an additional $100 per month to support the advertising of the Crazy Clean franchise family.
What do I get for my franchise fee?
Your Crazy Clean franchise fee includes:
- Equipment (not including a vehicle)
- A Crazy Clean uniform
- Training in cleaning services and business operations
- A franchise manual covering everything you need to know about being a Crazy Clean franchisee, including marketing tools and resources, strategies to get client referrals, and a Code of Conduct
- Essential office stationery, including a referral book
- Public liability insurance for the first year
- Branded vinyl wrapping for your vehicle

Is there regulation of the franchise industry?
Yes! Franchises in Australia are regulated by the Franchising Code of Conduct, which is governed by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). The Code provides franchisees many protections and rights. We recommend that any potential franchisees read the Code before joining a franchise.

What is the franchise agreement term?
A Crazy Clean franchise agreement is a 5-year contract, renewable at the end of each contract term. We offer a 14-day cooling-off period after you sign the franchise agreement.
